Automotive News
> National Press Releases >
The Nissan brand continues to advance every year. This has never been
more obvious than with the 2014 model year. There have been several
redesigns in the lineup, which add to those from the past several years.
The culmination of all of this is one of the most respected vehicle
inventories in the industry.
In Ohio, one dealership has made a
name for itself by providing the newest version of Nissan vehicle to a
wide area of consumers. Boardman Nissan is located conveniently between Cleveland, Ohio and Pittsburgh, Pa.
Many people travel to the dealership to see the new Nissan vehicles for
sale – in addition to the impressive used car inventory.
One of the newest additions to the lineup at Boardman Nissan is the
all-new . This vehicle has received a fresh redesign for the new model
year, plus some new features. Chief among them would be the available
third row on the Rogue, meaning the vehicle can now carry up to seven
passengers. It does this while still getting great fuel efficiency that
tops out at 33 mpg on the highway.
In addition to the Rogue, the dealership also has the 2014 Nissan
Altima in stock. The has been a star in the lineup for years, but the
redesign last year really set it apart in the industry. The new Altima
has fuel efficiency of up to 38 mpg on the highway with the 2.5-liter
four-cylinder engine under the hood. But the Altima also offers a
3.5-liter V-6 option for consumers needing a bit more punch.

GM’s New Mid-Size Trucks Coming In 2014
General Motors is set to release its all-new mid-size pickup trucks to the US market in 2014, according to GM North America President Mark Reuss. Talking at the Dawda Mann anunual Automotive Industry Breakfast, Reuss said the new GM mid size trucks will hit the North-American market next year, but stressed that customers shouldn’t expect for Colorado and Canyon replacements.
“Don't think of them as Canyon and Colorado replacements because they're not. We're going to really target different buyers with these two trucks. We'd love to have a truck like a Chevrolet midsize truck go really attack the West Coast with a lifestyle truck that is really beautiful and fun. It's a different positioning than a semi serious duty cycle truck that we might do with a GMC Canyon” Reuss said.
GMC midsize truck will have "95%t duty cycle of big Sierra with a lot more fuel economy" and will come with “a lot more fuel economy” and will target different different buyers, hinting a rather unexpected brand differentiation.
