Step 1: Obtain the correct replacement filter
Step 2: Park the car on level ground and apply the parking brake and shift into first gear
Step 3: The air filter unit is usually situated on top of the engine
Step 4: Loosen the hose clamp that seals the air conduct and undo all the screws holding the air filter cover to remove it
Step 5: Simply lift the air filter out of the housing
Step 6: Clean the air filter housing using compressed air to blow out the dust, or a vacuum cleaner
step 7: Replace the old filter with a new one. Simply insert it into the housing with the rubber rim facing up
step 8: Carefully insert the cover back into the air conduit
